Bill Bryant was one of the founding partners of THB in 1982. Prior to starting THB, Bill worked for Citibank in its Institutional Investment Division from 1968 to 1982. Bill received a BS from the University of Rhode Island in 1966 and graduated from the Harvard Business School Graduate Program of Management Development in 1973.

Chad Nelson joined THB in February 1999 as a research analyst. In 2001, he was promoted to Vice President – Director of Research and in October of 2005 was promoted to CIO. Before joining THB, Chad worked for Lazard Asset Management, in its New York and London offices, from 1995 to 1999. He received an MBA from the University of Missouri in 1995 and a BS from NW Missouri State in 1993. Chad is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Christopher Cuesta joined THB in 2002 as a research analyst and was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2005. Prior to joining THB, Chris worked for Salomon Smith Barney from 1999 to 2002 and Van Eck Associates from 1995 to 1999. Chris received a BS from Fordham University in 1995. Chris is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Bill Bryant joined THB in November 2006 as a Sr. Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Before joining THB, Bill worked for Washington Asset Management in New York as a Co-Portfolio Manager for a long/short hedge fund from March 2004 through October 2006 and Edgewood Management Co. from April 2000 through March 2004. He received a BS from Brigham Young University in 1993. Bill is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

As chief operating officer, James Kennedy leads the accounting and legal areas of the firm. James Kennedy is a graduate of Loyola College, BS, 1992 and Seton Hall University School of Law, JD, 2001. Previously he was employed with Ernst & Young LLP, Prudential Securities, Inc. and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. James Kennedy is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

John Bennett joined THB in May 2001 and heads up its client service and marketing efforts. Before joining THB, John worked from 1997 to 2001 at the Financial Institutions Retirement Fund where he was the Associate Investment Officer for a $1.8 billion defined benefit plan. He received a BBA in Accounting from Siena College in 1985 and an MBA from Fordham University in 1989. John is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
